CUSTOMER NOTICE: Due to system upgrades any booking request submitted between 4pm Monday 19th April and 12pm Tuesday 20th April will not be processed until after 12pm Tuesday 20th April. Once the upgrade is complete, we will endeavour to process all requests as quickly as possible. If you have not received correspondence from our Customer Service Team following 12pm Wednesday 21st April please contact reception for a status update at sportanu-sport [dot] com [dot] au.
Please note, we will be unable to make any bookings or adjustments during this time. Phone bookings, walk-in bookings, and online bookings cannot be processed.

All ANU Sport facilities must be booked prior to use, no walk-in booking or phone bookings will be permitted. Prior to using any ANU Sport Facility, the user must acknowledge and agree to our COVID-Safe protocols as outlined in our Return to Business in a COVID-19 safe environment plan, which are also noted below.
Once your request is submitted, our Customer Service Staff will process your submission and either provide an email confirmation or contact you with an alternative timeslot. If you have not received a response from us 48 hours after submitting your booking request, please contact us by emailling sportanu-sport [dot] com [dot] au, or calling 02 6125 2273.
Please ensure you have read our Terms and Conditions, and for Oval bookings that your request is submitted no later than seven business days prior to the requested date.
