Whether you’re looking for a casual but satisfying workout with a friend followed by a coffee, or an intensive sweat-session under the supervision of our qualified instructors, ANU Sport is proud to provide our members with an extensive and diverse group fitness timetable. During our reopening following the COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering a variety of classes in our sophisticated and dedicated group fitness spaces.
ANU Sport offers the latest Les Mills classes including BODYBALANCE™, SH’BAM™, BODYPUMP™, RPM™, BODYATTACK™ and GRIT™. We also offer unique training programs including Functional Fitness, Circuit, Circuit Core, Boxfit, Female Tactical Fitness and Tactical Fitness, all presented by our talented and driven personal trainers.

To ensure your safety, participants who arrive 5 minutes after the class has begun (once the warm up is completed) may be refused entry at the instructor’s discretion.
Don’t forget! Always visit reception to sign-in prior to attending your desired class. Appropriate clothing and footwear are advised so that you can make the most out of our classes. Please also remember to bring a towel and pre-filled drink bottle.
