In 2018, ANU Sport delivered 2 yoga sessions per week for JCSMR staff and students. The aim is to provide JCSMR staff and students with a moment to step away from their work and invest in a mental and physical recharge. We caught up with Jackie Stenhouse (JCSMR – Snr. Administration Officer) for her thoughts on JCSMR's Get Active yoga sessions.

ANU Sport currently delivers monthly meditation classes for staff at the College of Business and Economics and weekly yoga for students at the ANU College of Engineering and Computer Sciences.
