Beth has been a Les Mills Sh’Bam instructor for around 5 years now, after her own instructor approached her in a class to suggest that she gave it a go!

Sh’bam is an energetic, dance-based class, which is perfect for a fun, all-over cardio workout: but don’t worry, you don’t need to be coordinated, because everyone else is too busy trying to keep up with the music!

“It’s a great way to trick yourself into working on your fitness,” says Beth. She often noticed that at the beginning of the class, people are a bit nervous to dance in a room full of people, but by the end, they’re dancing like nobody is watching.
