ANU Sport boasts an extensive and diverse Group Fitness Timetable (this timetable runs for the duration of semester two) with a variety of classes to suit any fitness level. These classes can be accessed by any fitness centre member, with a casual visit pass or 10 pack! Find out about each class in the section below.
We also offer free classes for ANUSA/PARSA students at the ANU, which you can find here (this timetable runs from 23/07/18 - 1/09/18).
Led by our energetic highly qualified instructors, ANU Sport offers the latest Les Mills classes such as RPM, BodyPump and Sh'bam to name a few. We also offer 5 unique programs: Circuit, Functional Fitness, Tactical Fitness, Female Tactical Fitness and Strength and Flexibility that are driven by our personal trainers.
