Fitness Class Timetable

Yoga 1 & 2

Yoga 1-2 is a class designed for beginners and students with some knowledge of yoga. Class includes modifications and the use of props to ensure postures and sequences are practiced safely.

This week's classes:

Studio 1 - Monday - 6:30pm
The Dojo - Tuesday - 7:00am (Free for ANU students)
The Dojo - Thursday - 7:00am
The Dojo - Friday - 12:15pm
Studio 1 - Saturday - 10:15am (Free for ANU students)
