Les Mills BODYBALANCE - Dojo

A yoga based class that will improve your mind and body. Through simple yoga moves that embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates, you will also feel calm and centered.

The Dojo - Monday - 7:00am (Free for ANU students)
Studio 1 - Tuesday - 6:30pm
The Dojo - Wednesday - 7:30am (Free for ANU students)
Studio 1 - Thursday - 6:30pm
Studio 1 - Sunday - 11:00am
