A barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition you get a total body workout.

Studio 1 - Tuesday - 6:30am
Studio 1 - Tuesday - 7:30am (Free for ANU students)

Studio 1 - Thursday - 6:30am (Free for ANU students)
