Our newest arrival fuses strength with cardio for a stellar workout experience


Half HIT, half stamina - stronger than both!

HYBRID is a NEW high intensity workout encompassing strength and cardiovascular training. 

It’s a time-efficient way to fire your metabolism and work up a sweat! 

HYBRID offers members an exciting full body workout journey – and its adjustable to one’s own fitness level. 

HIT lovers - expect a workout that builds aerobic and anaerobic fitness, as well as power and strength.

CORE-devotees can continue to hit their abs from every direction with a separate class offering - HYBRID (Agility & Core). 

The aim of this class is to foster a healthy strong core which will protect the spine and improve strength in all other fitness pursuits.

HYBRID is available in 30, 45 and 60-minute sessions.

NOTE: All existing Circuit and HIIT classes have transitioned to the HYBRID classification from 26th July, 2021.

Come to ANU Sport and give HYBRID at try. All members are eligible for a class.
