Opening Hours During Christmas/New Years

The following are the opening hours for both our Fitness Centre and administration office between 25th December 2019 and 1st January 2020:

Fitness Centre:

24th December - 6am - 2pm

25th & 26th December - CLOSED

27th - 31st December, 9am - 2pm

1st January - CLOSED

There will be no Group Fitness between 23rd Dec - 6th Jan.

Admin Office:

The office will be CLOSED from 25th December 2019 till 1st January 2020. The office will re-open on 2nd January 2020.
